Seven Wells Waterfall Langkawi

Langkawi is undoubtedly renowned for its beaches and duty - free alcoholic beverages, but if you want to explore nature, Seven Wells Waterfall is definitely worth mentioning in your itinerary.

Touched as the most beautiful waterfall on the island, the name " Seven Wells " was translated from " Telaga Tujuh, " referring to seven wells in Mount Mat Cinchang from seven different drops.

Seven Wells Waterfall even has its own folklore, as legend says it used to be the house for the waters.

If you are a self - proclaimed adventure geek, brace yourself and make your muscles go up to the top for a panoramic view of Pantai Kok and Burau Bay in about 600 steps.

Be rewarded with beautiful flora and fauna sights along the steep climb, including macaques monkeys and giant squirrels.

If you are lucky enough, you could get a glimpse of the majestic hornbills that lie on the branches of the tree. Be assured that you can make a short walk

Attaining the peak of the waterfall makes the journey worthwhile, as visitors can choose to enjoy a refreshing bath in order to cure themselves of all the difficult climbs.

You can see a plethora of lime plants or a type of climbing leaf called Sintuk, which grows abundantly and is surrounded by a waterfall.

Feast on the sight of the captivating view of waterfalls streaming down the rocks as you swim around the waters or take pictures to preserve the fascinating waterfall.
