After watching the movie, I could say that Sandra Bullock really did a great job in action (that is why she is an A class actor) because we could really felt what she feel in the movie.
The movie really have a great cinematic view because of the scene in the woods is astonishing. Full credit to the director and the editor for making the scene very interesting.
I don't want to spoil the movie, but let me give you a hint on what it is about. The creature will be anything that you are afraid of and you will kill yourself after you saw what the creature wants you to see.
