Rita Rudaini lodges report over missing cat

ACTRESS Rita Rudaini reported to the police after the missing pedigree cat,. She is afraid that the British Pekan Shorthair might have been sold by those who took it. Last Saturday, Rita, 42, lodged a report at Semenyih police station.

In her Instagram account, Rita said that on Jan 1 the male cat was loaned to a couple in Bandar Baru Semenyih for breeding, but later claimed that she had escaped from his cage. The actress Mami Jarum was not convinced with the explanation, however, because the couple refused to help Rita look for Pekan.

" I will do whatever it takes if trust and dishonesty have been proven. " If such cats are sold by a syndicate, I'll also seek justice for other cats, " she wrote.

Rita also urged anyone who accidentally could have taken or purchased her cat to return it. She promised that nothing would be done unless they were the couple's accomplices. " Return Pekan, please. I'm ready to forgive those who took Pekan accidentally, " she said. The cost of British shorts is between RM2,000 and RM4,000. Ahmad Dzaffir Mohd Yusoff confirmed that the police received a report from Rita.
