New limited edition VR7000 built with all the latest technology of Samsung’s robot vacuum POWERbot™ excites Star Wars fans all over the world. |
Samsung Electronics launched a
brand new Star Wars limited edition of POWERbot™ robot vacuum cleaner, the
VR7000. This is the end product of a
meaningful collaboration between Samsung and Star Wars fans from all over the
world.
These new limited edition vacuums
use interesting new technologies from Samsung and that excites Star Wars fans
from all over the world. These two product are made to
increase fans’ anticipation of the December release of “Star Wars: The Last
Jedi,” the final film in the Disney and Lucas Films saga.
It comes in two designs, Stormtrooper and the
legendary Darth Vader. Stormtrooper design comes in white color while Darth
Vader design on the other hand, comes in black. Not only it looks like the
characters from the movie, it also sounds like the real ones. For example, the
sound of lightsaber and Darth Vader breathing, as response to owner’s control
and command.
Judging by the size of the vacuum, it is quite
small and easy to carry compared to most of vacuum cleaners out there. “We are very pleased to be part of
the excitement leading up to the release of the Last Jedi and to be launching
our limited edition POWERbot™ in partnership with Star Wars fans,” said B.S.
Suh, Executive Vice President of the Digital Appliances Business at Samsung
Electronics.”
The VR7000 is a tribute to the
galaxy of Star Wars. For any Star Wars fan out there, this machine will make
you feel like it’s answering to you.
With all the latest and innovative
technologies installed in this vacuum, it makes it smart enough to steer itself
through your space, handle any terrain, avoid unexpected traps and make quick
decisions. The new VR7000 comes with 20x the
suction power of Samsung’s last generation in a slim design, which making dirt
and debris cleaning a lot more easier especially at the most hard-to-reach
places. It also supports every type of surface, from hardwood to Hoth.
“From its industry-leading suction
power, slim design, and smart features, to the wonderful character-themed voice
feedback and sound effects, we are confident the Star Wars limited edition of
the VR7000 will be a big hit.” added Suh.
Reaching outer edges in cleaning
also becomes a lot more easier with VR7000 because it comes with a bristle
brush and drop-down shutter to capture dust trapped in corners and along the
edges of the wall. Virtually, no dirt can escape from
this vacuum since the shutter guides dust and debris into the vacuum. What’s
interesting about this product is CycloneForce Technology installed in it.
Cyclone force technology gives
extreme and powerful suction power for a long time. It generates a strong
centrifugal force that extracts dirt and debris from the air into an outer
chamber. So it keeps the filter clean with less clogging. As a leader of smartphones industry,
Samsung doesn’t want to miss this chance to keep up. VR7000 allows you to remotely
control your vacuum via POWERbot app on your smartphone. You can control it by using voice
control with Amazon Alexa or the Google Assistant. Doing chores is no longer boring
and tiring with Powerbot™ VR7000.
The EasyPass™ Wheels gives you
large wheels that move smoothly over any obstacles, transitioning from hard
floors to carpet with ease and providing the right type of cleaning action for
whichever surface it's on. The Intelligent power control automatically
detects surface types to optimize suction power. The POWERbot™ senses the
surface type to provide optimal cleaning, making your job so much easier than
ever. The VR7000 was awarded the 2017 CES
Innovation Award. Pre-order for the special Star Wars
limited edition POWERbot™ will begin on the Samsung.com website on October 10.
In order to give something back to
the Star Wars Fans, Samsung will introduce its “Vacuum Your Space” video which
is created by Star Wars super fans. This is a good marketing by Samsung to gain
allies with one of the biggest fandom in the world, Star Wars.
