Bestari Jaya: Nurafidah Mohamad Nizam wins best students for Bachelor of Communication (Journalism) during the second day of Unisel 13th Convocations here.
During the convocation, she was given an orange sash as she received her scroll because she's earned it with 3.76 pointer.
She was challenged by Amir Ridzwan, who also managed to get a first class degree. There were only two students from BOJ who graduated with a first class degree.
Unfortunately Unisel only recognized one best student for every course and that where Nurafidah or known as Peah, won.
Rumor has it that if you are awarded with the best student awards, Unisel would grant you with some financial aid as gift and that pretty uplifting.
During an interview yesterday, Peah was hoping that people would try their best to challenge her pointer and make it as a healthy competition.
"Please beat my cgpa Sharil, I pray for you. And please aim for chancellor awards" Added her.
Journalism students in Unisel aren't that many but Peah wanted these students to conquer the University even with small numbers, in a good way.
