Documentary: Break Dance in Malaysia

Break dancing was very popular in the 90's. But do people still break dance? Of course they still do. Even in Malaysia, there are many talented bboys and bgirls still rocking hard in the game. So we, Karipap Kentang Production decided to grab as much footage as we can to finish this project.

Karipap Kentang Production is a group that was formed in order to finish our documentary. Sharil, Asyraf, Ehsan, Iqhram, Shafiqah and Sharmila are the members of this group. All of us are the final year students for journalism.

This documentary consists of 4 different part. Firstly, we kicked off our documentary with some kind of introduction and some basic information about break dance. It follows with the second part where we will be focusing on an individual named 'Bboy Sora'.

The third part will show you how Wakaka Crew spends their free time in their newly-owned dance studio in Seri Kembangan. In this part, we'll show you how they train for their upcoming battles and showcases.

The last part will show you how a break dance competition looks like. In this part, we sent 'Bboy Sora' to compete in an international break dance competition. To know more about what happened, Click the video. Happy watching!
